Some say matching accessories are a relic of the past.

I say they are the height of elegance.

And while they were popular the past, they are just as relevant--if not more so--in our times.

In our time of division, coordination sends a message of unity. (Even if it's just a color-coordinated weekday outfit.)

In a time of conflict, color matching creates a sense harmony. Agreement. Thoughtfulness.

I could go on.

I love the trifecta of a matching bag, shoes, and hat. A shoes-bag-glove combo is also a winner. As is a scarf-bag-shoes combo.

But if three matching accessories is too many for you, a matching bag-hat or glove-shoe duo is just as elegant.
