Underlayers make magic! Entire womenswear empires have been built on their potency (looking at you, Spanx).
I'll confess these cotton-spandex caps are not the most exciting pieces in my headwear wardrobe. But they quickly create a flattering silhouette underneath headscarves and fabric hats.
They add volume that's softly subtle: just how I like it.
The caps come in a pair from Amazon. I love that the wide front band doesn't have a visible stitch line, but rather a crisp fold that lies flat.
